This Privacy Policy explains how LookStaged (“LookStaged,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with the website at lookstaged.com, our applications, and the related services we provide (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

This policy covers our own data practices. When real estate professionals (“agents”) use the Service to capture leads, they determine how that lead information is used and act as the controller or business for it; in that role we act as their service provider, and the agent's own privacy notice applies to their use of the data.

Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we and our providers automatically collect log and usage data, such as your IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, pages visited, referring URLs, and the dates and times of your visits, including through cookies and similar technologies.

From Third Parties

If you sign in using a third-party provider such as Google, we receive basic account information from that provider in accordance with its terms and your settings.

How We Use Your Information

Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating staged designs and publishing interactive listing pages;
Share lead contact information and buyer-intent insights with the relevant listing agent;
Process subscription payments and listing activations;
Communicate with you about your account, transactions, security, and support;
Send marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time;
Analyze usage, troubleshoot, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the Service;
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

AI Processing of Images

To generate staged designs, photos you upload are processed by our AI provider, Google Gemini. Generated images are produced automatically and may be inaccurate. We do not use your photos or generated images to train third-party AI models without your permission.

How We Share Your Information

With listing agents: lead information you submit on an interactive listing page is shared with the agent responsible for that listing.
With service providers: we share information with vendors who process it on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, AI generation, and payment processing providers.
For legal reasons: we may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of LookStaged, our users, or others.
Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising or share your personal information with third parties for their own targeted advertising.

Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services to operate the Service:

Google Gemini: AI image generation
Stripe: payment processing

Data Retention

Generated images: deleted after 24 hours
Lead data: retained until deleted by the agent
Account data: retained while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service

We may retain certain information longer where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or anonymize it.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. We use analytics tools, including Vercel Analytics, to measure and improve performance. You can adjust your browser settings to refuse or delete cookies, though some features may not work properly as a result.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because there is no common industry standard, the Service does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals. We honor valid Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of any sharing of personal information where applicable law requires.

Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Marketing: you can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us. Service-related messages will continue.
Calls and texts: if you provided a phone number, you can opt out of non-essential calls or texts by contacting us or replying STOP.
Access, correction, and deletion: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access, correction, or deletion, to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of certain personal information. International Data Transfers

The Service is operated from, and your information is processed in, the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest and secure authentication. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You provide your information at your own risk.
