Questions
What counts as a door?
A door is one rentable unit you manage, occupied or vacant. You tell us your door count when you sign up, and you can change it any time in Billing.
How does per-door pricing work?
Each door is billed at the rate of its band: $1 a door a month for the first 200 doors, $0.90 for doors 201 to 500, $0.80 for doors 501 to 1,000 and $0.75 for every door past 1,000. 300 doors is $290 a month. Annual billing is $10 a door a year for your first 200 doors, 2 months free.
How many units can I stage?
Staging is included in the door price, with nothing to buy per unit. Monthly plans stage up to 20 percent of your doors each month. A 100 door plan stages up to 20 units a month, wherever your vacancies are. Annual plans stage every door, right away. A staged unit stays live as long as your plan does, and you can have one live unit per door.
Can renters design on my own website?
Yes. Paste one snippet on your rental site, add your website in Settings, and the "Design your dream home" box appears on the photo of every unit page there, like the one at the top of this page, whether or not you have staged that unit. Renters design with the page's own photos and drop in photos of their own furniture. Their designs come out of a pool shared across your whole portfolio, and to keep designing they leave their name and email, plus a phone number if they choose. Leads tell you which page they came from.
What happens when a unit turns over again?
The staging is reused. When a unit you already staged comes vacant again, you can bring back its staging without staging it again, and it does not count toward the month.
What is the renters page?
Every vacancy gets a renters page with a QR code. Prospects restyle the rooms on their phone and leave their name and email, plus a phone number if they choose, to keep designing. Every lead arrives by email and in your lead inbox, and a webhook can send it on to your PM software.
Is the staging disclosed?
Yes. Every staged photo you download carries a virtual staging disclosure by default, and you can edit its wording in your settings.
Can I use a per-door plan for homes for sale?
No. Per-door plans cover rental listings only. To stage a home for sale, buy a listing for $59 or choose the Agent plan on the pricing page. A door plan does not include member prices on listings for sale.
What is the minimum?
$49 a month, which covers up to 49 doors. Annual billing gives you 2 months free: $490 a year.
What about very large portfolios?
Door plans are self-serve up to 5,000 doors, at $0.75 a door a month past 1,000 doors. Past 5,000 doors, or for one staging set across matching floor plans, talk to us.
